I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting kernel power event ID 41 error.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

yeah event 41 is related to the power on/off button. And yes I have to use it since this system is freezing and the only thing I can do is using the on/off button. But the logs does not tell me why. Since this is a new system. It passes short diagnostics but did not complete the log diagnostics because it hung completely causing to use the on/off button (event 41) This happened from day one. I tried to update/ reinstall windows but nothing seem to help. So I need help to solve this issue...

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then install all the Windows updates (including optional) and check if it helps.

Here is how it is done.

  1. Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
  2. Go to settings (gear icon).
  3. Select the Update and Security icon.
  4. Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
  5. Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
