Greetings @Kidsune

Welcome to the HP Forum.

The keyboard may be unresponsive because the UEFI/BIOS is stressed (too many new components installed at the same time) which is causing the PC to halt at the POST screen.

You should also remove the new RAM in addition to removing the other component upgrades. Try the PC using the HP factory config to see if it will POST and load Windows.

Start the PC again. You should now be able to sign in to Windows.

You might have to reset the BIOS to defaults or remove the CR2032 MB battery to reset CMOS if the PC will not successfully POST and load Windows when using HP factory components.

Then only do one component upgrade at a time if the PC is stable. Start the PC after each component upgrade to check stability.

Regards
