Greetings @dejnOn
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The keyboard may be non-functional when you see the error message.
Try shutting down the PC.
Now see if you can check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC and repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
Let the Forum know how it goes.
Regards

Greetings @dejnOn
What do you have? A Desktop or a Laptop?
I get it.
I thought you might be able to run diagnostics after a shutdown/restart.
Well, you may need to have a local PC Tech take a look if the PC is not in warranty.
How can you look for a possible hardware problem by checking components if you have no keyboard function and you cannot check the hardware?
Try different USB ports or a different keyboard.
