Product: Envy All-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I reset windows and now my keyboard won't connect. There isn't a dongle to connect. The support won't tell me what drivers I need to download and I couldn't figure it out. Any ideas?

All the necessary device-drivers for any keyboard are included in Windows -- no need to "download" anything.

 

Borrow a "wired" keyboard from a friend, and connect it to any USB port, in place of your keyboard, and try again.
