Microsoft Windows 11

My brother has been playing games on my pc and someone got him to log into a site that looked like his game and ever since no matter how many times we change his password they always get into it. we have changed and severed all connections to that game as far as accounts, yet they keep getting his account login information. im starting to think they are getting all the information that we put into the computer. Im now sure what i am suppose to do. im starting to feel like none of my information is safe.

@Cole921 -- if you think that your computer has been compromised, please read:

Help: I Got Hacked. Now What Do I Do? | Microsoft Docs

It was written by a Microsoft employee, who states that there is no way to "clean" any unwanted software from Windows, and that the only solution is to "flatten-and-rebuild".  Of course, make a backup of your Personal Files, to an external device (USB memory-stick or backup disk-drive), as your first step towards recovery.
