Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T06AV)

Hi Everyone, Just have an inquiry about my Victus Gaming Laptop 16-r0086TX (86J74PA). I'm planning to upgrade my storage and planning to add an additional 1TB SSD. Does my device support an additional 1TB and How many SSD slots do I have for my device?

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

Your notebook has support for 2 NVMe SSD's.

 

You can see the location of where the 2 drives go in chapter 5 on page 34.

 

Below is the link to the service teardown video for the model series.

 

The SSD removal and replacement procedure begins at 5:02 into the video.
