Can't detect bios recovery file

Dear All, 

Anyone help me please. My laptop dq2000 series  have to black screen after bios update on windows updates. I have  create bios recovery file on flashdisk according to my laptop type on the HP website. But when I try to recovery with Win + B key combination, my laptop cannot detect the Bios recovery file notification appears "the bios recovery files cannot found or the files are corrupted". Is there another way that can be used to repair bios on my laptop?
