Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

I can't get my laptop to turn on. I was in a zoom meeting the other night as the laptop was charging and it just went black. I haven't been able to get it back on since. Though the power light comes on and the caps lock key is flashing.

try a hard reset.  

 

  • Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.
  • Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer.
  • Tap the ESC key about once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash.
  • Press F2 to run diagnostics: (v) 2.6 or later is recommended.

 

 

If a pattern to the LED lights then

I tried all of that and it didn't work. I found another response here about the blinking caps lock key and I think that is more of the problem indicator rather than the screen not turning on.
