So i have a HP ProBook 440 14 inch G10 Notebook laptop, with a windows 11 version. Now i reseted the laptop today. It was first in a black screen and downloaded to 100%, then it went to a blue screen and it had reseted the language back to swedish (factory settings language). So i know it almost reseted the computer. Then i shut down the computer while it was saying ”installing” in swedish, and now i can’t continue the download or restart the computer. It’s now stuck in a loop where it starts, then says welcome in swedish and flashes the blue loading screen for like 1 millisecond, and then goes off, and continues the loop. What should i do

Use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset the notebook.

Pay particular attention for how to automatically install the drivers and software.

Yes, I have used the cloud recovery tool on my Dell Optiplex 7020 MT several times to create HP recovery media.
You just need to be running W7 or newer and it has to be a 64 bit operating system, so you should be OK.
