As mentioned above, laptop is stuck, constantly looping back onto the boot/options menu, I have disabled updates as an update had caused the previous problem/repeated crashes, and when I tried to uninstall the update, I was asked to soft reset my laptop, after it had tried, it got stuck trying to reinstall windows, and a guide told me to turn it off and try again, now it doesn't let me try resetting, or anything, normal mode and safe mode won't boot, and I have no idea what to do.

The options include:
Press Shift and click Restart to boot you into the Advanced startup options screen.
Open Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now.
Type shutdown /r /o in an elevated CMD prompt to reboot your computer into Advanced Boot options or Recovery console.
