HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC (8WQ35AV)

Hello, I am unable to start my laptop. It started a week ago when I tried to start the laptop, but it just would stay blank, so I just tought it was empty and nothing off it. after that I tried to boot it up again. and after 1 second, while seeing the HP logo, it would shut off again. Later that day after being in the charger, the laptop worked again like normal. 2 days ago I booted up the laptop, and it worked like normal again. Yesterday though, I tried to boot it up, but it would'nt. this was the first time I noticed the capslock blinking. Today is the same story as yesterday.

I tried to boot it up, using a different monitor. but it did not work. Now im trying to reset the BIOS with the command: windowskey + B + powerbutton for one second. but after 10 minutes there is no result.

Are there some button commands I am missing out on, or may there be another problem?

thanks in advance, Maxim

What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
BIOS upgrade that went wrong?

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.
