Hello
In windows file manager the DVD drive is listed and the files on the disc are accessible.

It is to do with boot. I need to access the Acronis DVD. During boot pressing F9 the only choices are internal Sata Hard Drives.

With F10 Ihe boot order  is first / cd/DVD and then USB and then Hard Drive.

F9 shows only the internal sata Hard Drives. The DVD that is recognized in Windows is not listed during boot.
I then attached a Buffalo CD/DVD USB device to the computer. The internal CD/DVD and the external CD/DVD USB were not recognized on boot.

Here at the attachments to view. What I am attempting to do is run Acronis TIB to do a image.

Thanks for any help!IMG_3947.JPGIMG_3948.JPGIMG_3949.JPGIMG_3950.JPGIMG_3951.JPG

Do you want to start a Recovery or a Backup?
What is Acronis TIB? Is it the Home Edition 2020 or 2021.

If you are a registered Acronis User you can download a Boot ISO.

My personal experience with Acronis: Prepare a standard Rescue USB Medium. That works for UEFI and Legacy.
