Locked out of computer and don’t have same cell number to receive text.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

You are not giving much info on your HP product number or the operating system.

 

You may have to reinstall Windows if you can't use your Microsoft account to get your Windows log in information.

 

You should have updated your Microsoft Account with the new cell phone number.
