Hello
I reset my PC (but keeping files) as I had not been able to reboot for days. It had been stuck on the HP screen with the dotted circle spinning.
After resetting, I thought all looked good till I tried to enter my MS password to access Windows. Neither the password nor the PIN would work. It says password is incorrect. I have reset the MS password several times using the Authenticator and it still won’t accept it.
I have also rebooted the PC several times.
The Troubleshooter thing doesn’t help either. I’m not familiar with computer technology language so any advice in simple language would be appreciated.
