Look at the 4th character of the serial number, which will be a number.

 

That will be the year of manufacture (0 - 9).

 

The 5th and 6th characters will be the calendar week of the year your PC was manufactured (01 - 52).

 

For example, if the 4th character is a 9, your PC was manufactured in 2019, a 0 would be 2020.
