My PC had 32GB of RAM in slots 1 and 3. I was getting the BSOD, so I ran the Extensive Test and received error code indicating DIMM 3 was the issue (see previous post).
Failure ID: PLL0QJ-ALABAX-QF8V4J-40QR03
Product ID: 1K0C3AA#ABA
I purchased a new memory stick from HP and put it in slot 4, so now I had sticks in slots 1 and 4. The memory issues remained. I re-ran the test and it indicated DIMM 1 was now the problem.
Failure ID: PLL0QJ-ALABB8-QF8V4J-40B203
Product ID: 1K0C3AA#ABA
I find it hard to believe that all the RAM is bad. Could it be the mainboard? Any assistance would be appreciated.
Kind regards,
Bill

hi
I guess there may be a bug..
but what you should do
remove, all modules, make sure you can identify them
Take module n° 1, test it in slot 1
do the same for number 2 then three
see the result
here I did the test with code
PLL0QJ-ALABB8-QF8V4J-40B203
Memory Module 1 Failure
[edit]
PLL0QJ-ALABAX-QF8V4J-40QR03
I started again several times, and now stays on module 3
try several times
and
PLL0QJ-ALABB8-QF8V4J-40B203
Memory Module 1 Failure
difficult to know here, if there are really two problems, or if there is not an identification error with the tests
