I have a HP Envy TS 17 notebook PC, Product ID: E811UAR#ABA. It was originally sold into the North American market and returned under warranty. It was repaired and re-birthed into the Australian market where I purchased it in 2014 with a 256GB after-market SSD fitted (SanDisk SDSSDHP26G) which is running as the C drive. The original 1TB HDD (ST1000LM024  HN-M101MBB) serves as internal storage. It came with windows 8, and I upgraded to Windows 10 as soon as it became available.

The machine has run trouble free for 12 years, but recently starting shutting down immediately upon initial start-up (after about 1 sec), followed by a normal start-up on second try. This happens whenever the computer has been off for a while. It then runs normally with no obvious issues, and also wakes from sleep mode Okay. I have run 2 system tests which returned 2 slightly different Memory Module Failure IDs: PLGDXA-76DD66-RXGH61-405N03 and PLGDXA-76DD67-RXGH61-405603. No other faults found.

Thanks
