I upgraded my desktop memory from 8gb to 16gb I got 2 DDR3-12800U , 8GBx1-12800UL thay both work in the din 1 but when I put 2 in the computer do not past post it's frustrating as I need 16gb

They do not run at same voltage. The one with L (or DDR3L) runs at lower voltage. You have to use BOTH same voltage (DDR3 or DDR3L, no mix).

Thanks for the info but I did get 2 of the pc3l memory exact make and all that I put one stick in the din 1 slot then it work I put stick to in the din 2 slot and nothing so I tested swaping them around nothing so I remove the one in din 2 slot and works I thought it might be the din slot itself but its never been used I have orderd the exact moduel that was originally with the pc
