HP Recommended

My hp all in one 24 wont turn on it just shows a black screen and no light in the front indicating its on but the ac power adapter shows a light on the back. I tryed everything hard reseting,holding the power button disconnected and reconnect the adaptor

Can only provide suggestions based on the symptoms described. Very sorry, I cannot diagnose this type of problem in a Forum.

 

The power brick is active (green LED), this does not mean the MB is receiving required power to start the PC. 

 

Or the power supply is good but you have a MB problem or other component problem. Various components will have to be swapped in, one at a time, to find the bad component.

 

I would have a local PC Tech diagnose the problem or contact HP Support if in warranty.
