HP Pavilion 22-h015nf TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

With little hope, I try my luck, you never know.

When updating the bios of an hp pavilion touchsmart 22-h015nf I had a power outage and since then...black screen!!!

I tried clear CMOS, removing the battery, moving the keyboard to pin 2-3 after 5 minutes putting it back in place and still black screen, plus I have the impression that the USB ports no longer work ( with the keyboard no number or caps lock indicator)

An idea that I wouldn't have tried??

thanks in advance

Good morning,

Thank you for your reply. I use a translator and I may have expressed myself incorrectly.

I had a power outage during the bios update and since then I have no access to anything (black screen, fan running)

I tried the clear CMOS, removing the motherboard battery, moving the keyboard to pin 2-3 after 5 minutes putting it back in place and screen still black, plus I have the impression that the ports USB no longer work (with the keyboard no number or capital letter lock indicator)

So unfortunately I can't follow your advice.
