I've got an Hp All In One g020 - V800AA#ABA - I lost all of the product information somehow when I did a fresh install of WIndows, It was missing everything, the serial number, the model number, sku, you name it. Also, it the MPM was unlocked initially, which would had helped a lot had I known what to do at the time. I noticed a little too late after I figured out how to input most of the information. The only thing I am missing now is the System Board CT Number, everything else I was able to input using control + A in the bios. I took the pc apart and think I found the correct CT number so I am ready to input the number so I can get rid of this blue message that pops up at each restart/ cold start.
I am thinking I need a smc.bin file. My warranty has been up for a few years obviously since it's an older computer, so I am wondering how to go about getting this file so I can get all of the information needed for the bios?
No new hardware has been installed. It's never even been taken apart until this problem happened.
The computer runs just fine aside from the warning message at start up about the Misssing Product Information.
Any help would be appreciated, I've tried the bcu tools already, but led to believe they aren't compatible with my system.
Running Windows 11.
Stock components.
Thanks in advance.
