Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP Support Community,

 

Please help me to get HP DMI tool, because when I boot this machine, I got this popup:

 

"Invalid or missing product information"

The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid:

Product name, Product serial number, Product number, System board CT number

 

Please help me to get HP DMI tool, I can edit myself.

Please note that I could edit the machine information for: Serial Number, Product Name in the BIOS menu Security -> System IDs by pressing CTRL + A to unlock the edit.

 

But I could not find a field for "System Board CT Number".

 

Please help.
