HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Made terrible mistake and ran a 'random' exe from the HP BCU download. It changed my boot, win 10, on older Z4G4 workstation basic. Now I have to 'ok' (press return) to start computer because it offers two choices which are exactly the same. Have tried everything I found, boot programs, the boot on the system, editing bootmanager (nothing found to change) to remove this choice. Both open the same Win 10 but entries are listed differently.

Boot opens to dos screen:

Please help, I want to remove all traces of HP BCU from my home computer. Big mistake on my part to download it. Read the instructions for HP BCU but none apply to my situation (or the exe I clicked on installed incorrectly and no I do not know what I clicked on). Is there any hope?
