well some HDMI and DP ports or cables do not like hot swapping,
so learn this test.
connect the monitor or TV cable first. (them turned on first)
then turn on PC , now it works.
PC fans blow
PC power lamp solid not blinking
I can not see the rear of you DESKTOP PC< so can only guess what any options (vast) DESKTOPS have blind.
ahhhhhh the fake desktop, I had to google it to see this micro PUCK PC>
HP Pavilion 300-010in Mini Desktop PC
do the NON hot swap test first
if still fails the GPU port is dead or the driver to it is dead or dead wrong
powering on many a PC, if not GPU connected is called Dead heading, some GPU go fully off line, to SAVE energy.
this meas we buy dead head GPU plug (DP or HDMI) and that fools the PC to stay live, so my ANYDESK remote app works.
or stop hot plugging HDMI and DP and boot the PC with connects made first. (all monitors on first) ok.
that is how all mine work. ever one, fails for ANYDESK (not ssh it's ok) due to those factors.
