Monitor going to sleep

Hi I am Using Hp 24es monitor each and every  cable is perfectly connected and from the last 4 days it is showing that 

HDMI Cable Inactive

VGA Cable Inactive

Monitor going to sleep.

Whether I tried many things cleaned the Ram and Graphics Card with eraser on the tip of the chip but it's not working. Due to lockdown I can't even manage to go out. Will you help me to overcome this problem .  Actually it is 4 month old product only...!

Have you tried connecting the monitor to a different computer and check if the issue persists?

 

Let us try these steps:

 

Step 1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the monitor and the wall
Step 2. Hold the power button down for at least 10 seconds
Step 3. Plug the power cord back into the monitor and then into the wall outlet
Step 4. Press the Menu button on the monitor
Step 5. Navigate to the Factory Reset option and select it
Step 6. Try a different cable connecting your monitor to your computer

If the issue persists, Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
