Product: OMEN 25L Desktop - GT12-0157c

I use an Omen 25L GT12-0157c with product number 9EF22AA#ABA and my problem lies with a bit more than just not being able to connect to monitors, but that's the most noticeable problem currently. To start, I turn on my computer, it whirs for a few seconds, turns off, then turns back on. While this is happening, my monitor doesn't display anything. The speaker I have connected to the monitor turns on with the computer. None of my accessories that are connected to the computer (mouse, keyboard, headphones) turn on with the computer.

 

My troubleshooting methods have included: reseating the CMOS battery and the GPU. I have tried starting the computer with/without the RAM sticks (both) and the SSD drive that is used as my boot drive.

 

Previously when this had happened, reseating the CMOS battery and GPU was able to resolve the issue temporarily, but did not work this time.

 

Any suggestions or similar experiences would be amazingly helpful, thank you
