I just bought this Desktop unit to replace my Dell which suddenly died. When I plugged in my monitor (VGA), nothing (the monitor said no signal, check cable connections. Spent two hours with Tech Support with no luck. Tried different cables, different monitors still no response. I returned the PC and got a replacement, same problems, except this time I tried an HDMI cable also. Any suggestions? These should be more user friendly.

Looks like your machine has dedicated video card

Therefore its normal iGPU was disabled and you can only use
1x DVI
1x HDMI 2.0 (not other HDMI port).
1x DisplayPort 1.4a
Regards.
