So a little back story about how i got this pc. one of the people up my street were throwing it away.

iv tested everything and narrowed it down to the motherboard. 

 

i reflowed it once fixing my issue for abour 30 mins.

 

the issue is that when i apply power to th motherboard i get a solid green light on the ethernet/lan port and pressing the power button doesnt do anything.

Sorry, but we have no way to diagnose motherboard problems from here, nor do we have any diagnostics you can run.

Maybe this is why the folks were throwing this away?
