I have a m2n68-la mb and it has power. The cpu fans spin the hard drive powers on but no display from motherboard. I have tried the ram, cmos battery and the PSU works with it. What could it be

I can't find your product using the information you have provided. You can find the product number using info at this (Link).
The symptoms you describe suggest a possible power supply problem or a motherboard (MB)/component problem.
This is all I can suggest at this point. You could have a PSU problem, a failing MB, or a component connected to the MB.
