Replaced my motherboard because the video went out.   When booting up receiving "Missing Product Information"

Product Name, Serial # and Product #....   What do I do??????

@dora16 -- try this:

  1. remove the new motherboard
  2. install the old motherboard
  3. add-in an PCI-E video-adapter card -- to bypass the failed "internal" graphics adapter
  4. enter BIOS SETUP
  5. copy the "product information" values (take a picture with your smart-phone???)
  6. power-off
  7. remove the old motherboard
  8. install the new motherboard
  9. enter BIOS SETUP
  10. add the "product information" values
  11. save/exit from BIOS SETUP
