Product: Pavillion Desktop p6-2317C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop will freeze.  The mouse and keyboard will not function, nor will the Task Manager.  I have to reboot by shutting off power.

You're not the first to report these symptoms, caused by a "bad" Windows Update (released on Shrove Tuesday, February 13, 2018).
