My Desktop is not getting on

@AIRLKP -- that is not a lot of detail.

 

If you purchased your HP computer within the last 12 months, contact HP Support, to open a claim against the HP Warranty, to get HP to repair/replace your computer, at HP's expense.

 

Otherwise, the "usual suspects" are: 

  1. power-supply
  2. motherboard
  3. processor
  4. RAM
  5. video-adapter

I recommend that you take the computer to a owner/operator computer store, for professional diagnosis and repair.
