Solved!
My GPT Drive will not Boot. It does not appear in the BIOS? Windows Boot Manager is also gone.

Product: Elite 8300 CMT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
The Bios formerly offered UEIF but not now.
Is there a way to turn it on or off under Windows-8.1?

Has the BIOS reset to defaults?
