Hi @RonKer2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Since your HP All-in-One PC is about a year old and the power light does not turn on when you press the power button, let's first check whether the system is receiving power.
Could you please confirm a few details?
- What is the full model name or product number of your HP All-in-One PC?
- Does your model use an external power adapter? If so, is its indicator light on, if one is present?
- When you connect the power cable and press the power button, do you notice any fan noise, screen activity, beeps, or other lights?
- Did this start suddenly, or did it happen after a power outage, electrical surge, or moving the PC?
In the meantime, you can try a power reset:
- Disconnect the power cable from the PC and the electrical outlet.
- Disconnect any external devices, such as USB drives and printers.
- With the power disconnected, press and hold the PC's power button for about 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cable directly to a working wall outlet and try turning on the PC.
If there is still no power indication, please share the details above so we can determine the appropriate next steps.
Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
