My HP Envy- 360 convertible (64-bit, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7) laptop suddenly became slow when I start my system. Before this happened I noticed one day that the touch screen stopped working and so I shut it down and it started working the next day, but ever since that incident, it takes up to 3 to 5 mins to start compared to the immediate start once I log on to the system.

Please any advise
