I had my HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r014 for a while now and whenever I click something, a white screen will flash and not let me into the thing I clicked. I tried resetting my desktop but every time it said they couldn't work because of an "error". Please help e out.

Hi @needhelpwtech,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a display flickering issue with your HP Notebook PC. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- Was there any recent update on the PC?
- Are all the drivers on HP Support Assistant up to date?
- If not please follow the document to update the drivers: HP PCs - How to Download, Install, and Use HP Support Assistant (Windows)
- Check if you are facing the same issue when you access the BIOS screen. ( Restart PC and keep pressing the F10 key to access BIOS Screen)
While you respond to that please try the below steps:
Update the BIOS & Video card drivers:
- Here's the link to download and install the above updates: Click here
If the issue persists, then please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP PCs - Blinking or Flashing Screen After Upgrading to Windows 10
If the issue still persists, then you may try to re-install a fresh Operating system using HP Cloud Recovery: HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)
NOTE: Please make sure you take a backup of all your data before re-installing the OS.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
