Whenever I click my power button it won’t turn on there is a flashing light, but nothing else not even the fan. Everything is plugged in correctly and I don’t know why this is happening, although my screen is broke from when I opened it to clean it when my cat knocked the screen down

Hi @Loglob

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for your response.

I see that you are not able to power ON your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software-related changes?

Do you see any signs of power to your system other than the flashing light?

Also, please let me know where exactly do you see the flashing light?

Since there is damage on the screen, you can contact our phone support team for the screen issue. I will private message you the details to contact them.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks!

Hello,

I have had the same issue. I require the circuit diagram so I can diagnose what would cause the computer to stop powering up suddenly. Do you know what happened to our computers? Thank you in advance and have a great day.
