Okay, so my HP Pavilion will boot up, but it says "BOOTMGR is missing. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart" as it boots up. And I do and the same exact thing happens BOOTMGR is missing press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart. How do I fix this? It does not blue or blackscreen.

Hi
Please provide a specific HP Pavilion product number and the version of Windows you are using.
First check and reseat SATA data and power connections to the boot drive. This option would not apply to a M.2 NVME drive. Try reseating the M.2 drive for a fix. Run HP UEFI Diagnostics at startup if your PC has a UEFI BIOS. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
Then two general causes of this problem are:
Corrupt boot files, remedies are: try to repair the boot loader or back up data and reinstall the operating system (OS). Restore data to the fresh OS installation.
Hardware failure, remedies are: attempt a data backup. Data backup may fail if the drive cannot be mounted when connected to a different PC as a data drive..
Then replace the affected boot drive with a new, compatible drive and reinstall the (OS). Restore data, if recoverable, to the fresh OS installation.
