I don't remember installing anything... but since yesterday, my PC starts with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics page.
I've run the diagnostics several times but it comes up with no errors.
I can click on exit and yes to go to Windows but it would be good not to have this extra step whenever I boot up.
I did download the newest Bios (A0.18) in case my Bios was corrupted but the issue still remains.
Other than the fact my PC starts with the Diagnostics page, there's no other known issue.

System board: 2B47 1.04
OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Microprocessor: Intel Core i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz

At the outset, we need to determine if there are any conflicts. For better clarity, I would require more information on this.
Have you made any recent hardware/software changes on your PC?
When was the last time it worked fine?
Did you perform a System Test?
