My PC suddenly turned off while I was playing video games and now it won't turn on again.

I was playing a game called Days gone on my PC. Then suddenly the screen goes black and the PC shuts down. I've tried turning it back on, but it won't work. When I plug in the socket and press the power button, the lights on the PC flash and the fan inside moves a little, but it doesn't turn on. When I press the power button again, nothing happens at all, but when I take out the socket and put it back in and then press the power button, the same thing happens again, the lights on the PC flash and the fan inside moves a little. It's been like this for a couple of days now and I dont know what to do, hope someone can help.
