Hi @Manukn022,

Thank you for your response,

It seems like your HP All-in-One 22 Bundle PC is experiencing power-related issues. The fact that the backside light is on, but the fan is not working, and the PC is not turning on could indicate a power supply problem. Power fluctuations or sudden power interruptions, as you mentioned, could have contributed to this issue.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Check Power Connection: Make sure that the power cable is securely connected to both the power outlet and the PC. Also, verify that there is power in the outlet.
  • Power Supply Unit (PSU): If possible, check the power supply unit. It may be damaged due to power fluctuations. If you have access to another power supply, you can try replacing it to see if that resolves the issue.
  • Reset Power: Disconnect the power cable from the PC, wait for a few minutes, and then reconnect it. Sometimes, a simple power reset can solve minor issues.
  • Inspect for Physical Damage: Check the power cable and other components for any signs of physical damage. Inspect the motherboard and other internal components for visible damage.
  • Test with Minimal Hardware: Disconnect unnecessary peripherals and components (e.g., external drives, extra RAM) and try turning on the PC with only essential components connected.

Additionally, if you have experienced power fluctuations, consider using a surge protector or an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to protect your PC from voltage spikes and sudden power outages in the future.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
