My Hp pavilion 23 all in one will power on showing the hp sign but will not proceed to enter the password screen to boot windows

Need to run the Diagnostic  routine to see what has failed


To run the Diagnostic routine, with the PC off, start tapping the "Esc" key, while still tapping the "Esc" key press the start button.
Keep tapping the "Esc" key until a pop-up menu appears. Then pick Diagnostics, F2.

Report back with the results.

Also when posting back with the results, please post the complete model number for the AIO as there are many different models in the Hp pavilion 23 all in one's
