@4Nobu, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP All-in-One PC powers on with only a white indicator light and no display at all (no logo, no BIOS, nothing), here’s a focused troubleshooting checklist to help narrow it down:

External Display Test (if available)

  • Connect your PC to an external monitor or TV using HDMI.
  • If the external screen shows a display, the internal display or its connection may be faulty.

Brightness Keys

  • Try pressing F2 or F3 (or use Fn + F2/F3 depending on your model) to increase brightness.

Keyboard Lights Test

  • Tap Caps Lock or Num Lock — do the LEDs toggle?
    • Yes? The system may be running but the display is the issue.
    • No? This could indicate a deeper hardware or firmware problem.

Power Reset (Basic Hard Reset)

  1. Turn off the PC (press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds).
  2. Disconnect the power cable and all peripherals (USB, printer, etc.).
  3. Press and hold the power button again for 20 seconds to discharge.
  4. Plug only the power cable back in and try powering it on.

BIOS Recovery or Boot Trigger

Try forcing BIOS recovery:

  1. Turn off the PC again.
  2. Hold Windows Key + B or Windows + V.
  3. While holding, press and hold the Power Button for about 2–5 seconds.
  4. Release all keys — you should hear beeps or see a BIOS recovery screen if it works.

If you hear beeping or see anything at all, the BIOS might be corrupt, and this could trigger its recovery.

Other Possibilities

  • RAM Issue: If you're comfortable opening it, reseat the RAM sticks (remove and reinsert them).
  • Internal Display Cable Loose/Disconnected: This is common in AIOs if recently moved or bumped.
  • CMOS Battery Reset: Removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes can help clear any firmware lockup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
