My computer is not starting. When I turn on it askes me to press F1 to Boot. Then circle spins for hours. I restarted many times. Still no change.

@EdizS -- it is highly probable that the disk-drive inside your computer is failing -- the motherboard cannot read your copy of Windows from your disk-drive.

If your computer is less than 12 months old, contact HP Support, to make a claim against the HP Warranty.

HP will repair/replace your computer, at their expense.

Or, I recommend that you take your computer to an owner/operator computer store. Their business depends on providing good service at a reasonable price.  They will need to replace the disk-drive -- be sure to purchase a SSD (Solid State Device) because it is 5 to 10 times faster than any "spinning" disk-drive.

They will need to reinstall Windows.

It might be possible for them to copy all your Personal Files from "old" to "new".
