My computer is not starting on home inverter just CPU fan spins for 1 sec

On USP is just work fine but I need more backup time which ups can't give. On inverter it just shutdown and not turn on,just cpu fan and power light glow for 1 sec. Tried in neighbour's inverter too still not working.

The issue of your computer won't boot but fans spin can be caused by some problems with the power supply. If your PC won't turn on but the fans spin for a second, then overheating might also be the culprit. We have prepared a few solutions for the situation when the fans turn on but there is no displayed image.

PC works fine on elcetricity so i dont think overheating is the problem.

Is it just power supply, the computer works fine if just connected to the house power supply?

personally from what i understand the computer will work fine normally..
but if connected to this device, it does not start, so it would probably be a question of a lack of power supplied by the device?
