My computer keeps saying " No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key" whenever I boot it up, is there any way I could solve This?

Perhaps you can get into Windows Recovery or the HP recovery through F11 (I believe).
If that fails perhaps you can use the HP recovery image tool to reinstall Windows to your device, I do believe it requires a 32gb USB drive.
You could also go about it another way, by getting the Windows iso straight from Windows, but it won't include the recovery tools made by HP which might save you in the future. A 32gb stick is thus recommended 😉

Get into the bios and see if it lists your HD and everything else, correctly. Otherwise download/create a bootable usb stick as John writes, with a Linux OS on it, It might help to see if the HD shows up, and works, aka you being able to write and read from it.
