NO All In One 24 g020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a GO All -In-One 24 g020 desktop computer.  Last year i did a factory reset on it and boxed it up.  This passed February (2019) i starred it up to make sure it still worked and it went too the set up screen just fine.  Yesterday I tried to start it up agai n.  I heard the fan and sound of boot process for about 2-3 seconds and then nothing.  Dan kicked off and power light started flashing.  What should i do?

Hi! @AbleWould

Have you tried charging the PC using a different adapter?

Does the PC shut down while you are at the BIOS page?

Have you tried checking with an external keyboard? Does the issue persist?

If the PC does not shut down on the BIOS page, try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.

1.    Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2.    Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3.    On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4.    Press F10 to Save and Exit.
5.    Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6.    Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Lastly, if the PC shuts down while you are at the BIOS page it is a hardware issue with the PC.

I plugged in the computer art 5:30am in regards to the response of it needing to "charge".  I let it sit for just over an hour, tried turning it on, but it still wouldn't boot up.  Unfortunately, the problem i described still persists.  I'm leaving the computer on now, with the white light on/blinking, to see if maybe it "charging" means it needs to be on simultaneously.  How long, if need be should i let out do this and, if this doesn't work, what could the problem/solution be?

Hi! @AbleWould,

It certainly sounds like an issue with the system board.
