I was trying to figure a way to load some old HDDs up when i found the secure boot, lucky me i didn't look into it before trying to disable secure boot and now I'm a little stuck & what I'm asking is some visuals on what i should be pressing as it may work just i cannot actually see or a quick way to reset it or at least be able to see things again

@IronJavelin
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. The BIOS can be corrupted during normal operation.
Let's try a few more methods to enable this option. Firstly, perform bios recovery from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833 and the try enabling secure boot using the steps in this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04784866

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

@IronJavelin
Thank you for posting back,

  • Have you tried the suggested troubleshooting steps?
  • What happens when you start the computer?
  • Are you able to see the HP logo?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

Hard Reset: Follow steps from the link: https://hp.care/2GnkMa8.

Keep me posted!
