My computer does nothing when I push the power button. I checked the outlet with another device it's good but when I plug in the computer it does nothing

Have you tried with another AC Adapter? If the issue persists I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options


Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
