Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My desktop when powered on the fun’s runs for seconds and goes off and powers itself and keeps on powering off and on without showing anything on the display. Kindly help

Not good, looks like hardware problem. 

 

You have older computer (windows 7). Problem with older systems is dust and "chip creep" 

Open it up and blow the dust out.

Remove memory chips and reseat them.  Blow out dust BEFORE removing memory sticks.

look for problems
